Why Your Gut Stopped Cooperating
Watch it in one sitting if you can. There is a notes summary underneath if you would rather skim, and it stays available on this link.
Trouble playing it? Email hello@nourishnutrition.co and I will send you a direct link.
The short version, in writing
If you only take three things from the workshop, take these.
One. Spacing before substitution. Most people try to change what they eat before they change when. Leaving three to four hours between meals, and stopping the constant grazing, resolves a surprising share of afternoon bloating on its own. It costs nothing and you can start tomorrow.
Two. Fibre is not one thing. Soluble and insoluble fibre do close to opposite jobs in a reactive gut. Most people who say fibre makes them worse have simply been eating the wrong kind for their pattern, and swapping the type helps more than cutting the amount.
Three. Every removal needs a return date. If you take a food out without a planned week to bring it back, you have not run a trial, you have just made your diet smaller. Write the return date down the same day you remove it.
Where people get stuck is knowing which of these applies to them and in what order. That is a twenty minute conversation, not a guessing game, and it is free.
Want to know which part applies to you?
Bring what you just watched to a free twenty minute call and I will tell you where I would start with your particular pattern. No intake form and no pitch at the end.
